Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth initiatives, playing a crucial role in identifying and researching potential clients in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing sectors. Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractor markets
  • Utilize various methods, including online research tools and strategic cold calling, to gather comprehensive contact information for promising prospects
  • Verify and document key decision-maker details, ensuring accuracy of email addresses and other critical contact information
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date, high-quality database of leads, serving as a valuable resource for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with appointment setters, providing them with well-qualified leads to maximize conversion rates
  • Leverage online review platforms such as Yelp and Google Reviews to gather valuable insights on potential clients
  • Track and analyze important metrics like business ratings and review counts to prioritize leads effectively
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities and results, contributing to the refinement of prospecting strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B settings or the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractor markets
  • Strong proficiency in online research techniques and familiarity with various research tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Basic understanding of the contracting industry (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly
