Schedule:

  • Part-time (20+ hours per week), Flexible Schedule but during business hours

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our innovative digital wedding platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the wedding industry while working with cutting-edge digital tools and technologies. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, creativity, and efficiency, handling various aspects of digital operations from content management to automation setup. This position offers the flexibility to work independently while making a real impact in an industry that’s evolving to become more inclusive and representative.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize email communications using established systems and protocols
  • Schedule and coordinate content publication across WordPress and social media platforms
  • Create engaging visual content using Canva templates aligned with brand guidelines
  • Implement and maintain automation workflows using Zapier and other tools
  • Execute lead generation strategies and maintain database accuracy
  • Perform data collection and organization tasks using various digital tools
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record management
  • Support various administrative tasks with provided detailed SOPs
  • Maintain organized digital systems across multiple platforms


Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong understanding of and alignment with LGBTQ+ community values and culture
  • Proficiency in WordPress content management and basic website maintenance
  • Experience with social media management tools (Tailwind, Later, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with automation tools like Zapier
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications

Preferred:

  • Background in wedding industry or related fields
  • Previous virtual assistance experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
