Job description

Inspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.

We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company. We’re a team of hundreds of thousands who individually and collectively are changing the way people eat, drink, and gather around the table. We know that food is much more than a staple—it’s an experience. At Inspire, that’s our purpose: to ignite and nourish flavorful experiences.

The Director, International Field Marketing leads marketing strategy and initiatives for Inspire’s portfolio of brands in the region. The person in this role is responsible for strategic planning through execution, providing consultative support and oversight to franchisees and licensees as the primary relationship lead for all areas of marketing in the region.
This role oversees Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) in the region. In addition, this role may directly lead select emerging brands or franchisee relationships in the Americas region. This is a critical role primarily responsible for driving transactions and achieving the budgeted Comps (Same Store Sales) while influencing licensees to adopt global marketing strategies, roadmaps and innovation into annual marketing calendars and long-range marketing plans in the region. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees as well as key internal stakeholders (International business teams, marketing, supply chain, operations training, finance). As a leadership member of the field marketing team, this individual will have the opportunity to share best practices globally and elevate the collective skillset of the team for all brands in the Inspire portfolio.
