About the product
x-hoppers by Wildix is an innovative unified communication solution tailored to the retail vertical. Who are we looking for
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the USA market with a strong understanding of Channel Sales in the Retail vertical. Due to the expansion of our solution, x-hoppers is looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual who will help our partners generate opportunities that will be developed and focus on the retail, hospitality, and healthcare segments.
This role is a great chance to develop and lead our product with your market and drive additional features that will allow x-hopers to grow additional revenue streams into USA partners.

How You Will Make an Impact
- POC Focused on value-based KPI’s
- Being prospecting-focused in order to start the sales cycle on enterprise-targeted accounts
- Having a true value-based selling approach to create opportunities within a brand new business sector for retailers
- You are a strategy owner - own account planning, target opportunities, sales strategy, and feedback on marketing strategy
- Account Mapping and planning - convert strategy into actionable account plans
- Account-specific POV - Tailor and translate solution messages to the customers
- Customer Engagement - present our vision and solution
- Drive Deals to closure - engage with customers to deliver solutions
- Relationship building - cultivate long-term relationships with prospective and current C-level executives to support their transformation strategies
- Growing revenue in the Retail Vertical
- Educate partners on Wildix proposition and assist in bids
- Assist existing partners in establishing offerings tailored to the retail vertical
- Identify potential partners and collaborate with area managers to turn interest into ecosystem partners
- Identify key technology buyers in tier 1,2 and 3 retail brands on the USA high street
Success Criteria
- Help Wildix exceed the global industry ACV target for the fiscal year
- Successful launch and adoption of industry clouds, exceeding the ACV target
- Successful launch and adoption of industry solutions
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven track of selling with value, with a high focus on the qualification and discovery stages
- Industry expertise working in, owning a P&L for, or consulting and implementing technology for the Retail industry
- Sales experience with geographically dispersed stakeholders with a variety of experience levels and competencies
- In-depth understanding of Retail challenges, technology trends, and the ability to translate these trends into successful digitalization strategies
- Previous involvement in driving digital transformation initiatives within organizations, leveraging technology, and improving business processes
- Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines
- Exceptional presentation skills in both small and large-scale settings
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and craft compelling positioning strategies
- Exceptional teammate with proven ability to lead through influence
- Proven ability to orchestrate complex deals with a multitude of stakeholders, both from the buyer and seller perspective
- Experience in dealing with System Integrators for the development of the project

Where You’ll Be Based
Our US headquarter is in Columbus, Ohio. The job can be done remotely from anywhere in the US, preferably on the East Coast
