The Associate Director, Account Management and HIT Training & Sustainment will serve as point for ensuring all assets, solutions, capabilities, and trainings have a sustainment plan and subsequent execution for Strategic Accounts, Account Management, and Health Information Technology (HIT). You will be responsible for developing and executing sustainment plans with first and second line people leaders as well as individual SAMs, DNAs, and HIT & Data Strategists.
You will utilize the Account Plan, data, and customer engagements as a measurement tool to identify areas of opportunity. This role will require supporting and leading through an organization transformation into a true B2B partner that identifies and brings novel and innovative solutions into our account planning and selling approach.
This role will require coordination and collaboration with training teams that reside under GTMC, brand marketing, market access, HIT, health systems solutions, and all customer facing teams. This role will be responsible for providing regular business updates to Account Management LT and NALT.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports development of a roadmap outlining executional activities that must occur throughout the calendar year and develop sustainment measures to maximize execution
Regularly participate in customer meetings to identify new areas of opportunity
Works closely with Execution Lead and Data & Analytics to input into dashboards and KPIs that will determine areas of sustainment opportunity
Supports Director, Account Management & HIT Training with cross-functional departments (HS Solutions, Marketing, GTMC, Medical, Market Access, etc.) to develop a comprehensive training plan to be used with both existing and new Account Managers
Supports development of digital training programs consistent with established best practices in adult learning principles
Works closely with Brand Liaison to ensure all brand imperatives are trained on appropriately and with a regular cadence
Works closely with Director, AM & HIT Training to develop a cadence for pull through of marketing and solutions assets that involved leadership pull through, all call pull through, and adult learning principles
Executes on a roadmap for individual, team, and department wide training and pull through opportunities
Supports development of a marketing asset & solution sustainment plan in conjunction with Account Management leadership
Constantly assess the effectiveness of the training programs and product learning modules.
Ensure training projects and materials are evaluated against and meet good training and adult learning principles and ensure all projects and materials have been through the correct regulatory review process before being delivered
Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership teams to measure and monitor the impact of training on the business and make recommendations for improvement.
Development of Scopes of Work (SOW) for new and existing projects with outside vendors and manage the projects from inception to completion.

The salary range for this position is US$125,250.00 - 167,000.00 (annual). All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
