Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 16 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. We’re excited to welcome a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist to the Promova team! In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in finding and hiring talented professionals who align with our values and contribute to our mission. Your expertise will help ensure we continue to build a dynamic, innovative, and passionate team that drives our success.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a motivated professional with the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success. Experience in global recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level—strong communication skills are a must.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Skilled in collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring goals.
  • Passionate about ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience in a product company is preferred, as familiarity with dynamic and fast-paced environments is a plus.

As a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
  • Leveraging recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience, ensuring all applicants feel valued and informed.
  • Using data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contributing to team growth by hiring professionals who embody our values and fuel our innovation.
