Responsibilities:
The VP Treasury is responsible for all activities related to Asset Liability Management (ALM), Investments, Capital Markets, Asset/Liability Pricing and Profitability, and Funding for our consumer and commercial lending products (auto, real estate and credit cards). This includes developing and enhancing asset and liability product level pricing and profitability analysis, supporting credit union strategic objectives, and recommending profitable and/or cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited college or university is required. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in a treasury, financial analyst or pricing roles is required.
- 5 years of strategic leadership experience is preferred, including managing and coaching staff.
- Demonstrates competency in financial and statistical reporting and design of financial models.
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Budgeting tools is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
- Must be able to travel to Tampa, FL at least once a quarter.
