Job Overview 

The Drug Screening Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation
  • Check status on occupational health services completed 48-72 hours prior 
  • Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specifics
  • Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests
  • Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary
  • Manually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent
  • Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants

Requirements & Skills:

Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality; highly organized; production and planning skills required; ability to manage time and workload effectively; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to meet performance metrics; ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible/willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary; ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.

Education:                       

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Some college is strongly preferred
