RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Project Lifecycle Management

Monitor and execute the lifecycle of internal organizational projects.

Address all knowledge areas of the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control process groups.

·       Scope and Communication Planning

Provide support in constructing detailed scopes of work.

Facilitate connections and integration among business units (stakeholders) through a communication plan.

·       Project Execution and Monitoring: track planned work execution, managing:

Ø  Quality of deliverables.

Ø  Performance against proposed objectives.

Ø  Costs and information integrity.

Ø  Adherence to agreed schedules.

·       Strategic Partnership and Decision-Making

Collaborate with strategic levels by focusing on results and process-oriented thinking.

Define project priorities, importance, and urgency.

·       Risk Management and Improvement Proposals

Identify potential risks proactively.

Develop improvement proposals and corrective plans.

·       Team and Stakeholder Mediation

Act as a mediator between the operational team and senior management.

Efficiently oversee projects and address partner needs by presenting relevant business unit information.


Business Growth and Continuous Improvement

Support company growth by:

Organizing and prioritizing initiatives

Providing consulting, recommendations, and activity follow-up.

Assisting in implementing continuous improvement actions.

·       Contribute to organizational success through:

Ø  Solid analysis.

Ø  Knowledge management.

Ø  Strategic guidance.
 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Other related fields.

·       Post graduation or MBA in Project Management, Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).

·       3 years of experience in project planning and control.

·       Advanced English – Writing / Reading / Communication.

 

NICE TO HAVE:

·       Schedule management, Project integration management, Proficiency in agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies, tailored to the nature of the project.
