Scopely is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager I to join our User Acquisition team in Canada on a remote basis!

The User Acquisition team is focused on driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels. The teams are based in Europe and the US.  The UA team’s mobile advertising ecosystem is an always-changing, rapidly growing world, and at Scopely, you'll play a key part in our next big leap in user growth. Our mission is to make experiences that our players love and keep coming back to time and time again.
What You Will Do: 
  • Own Campaigns: Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize game growth and profitability.
  • Drive Innovation: Strategize, execute, and continually optimize campaigns on major platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, and more.
  • Creative Collaboration: Generate and test breakthrough ad creative ideas with the Marketing team to drive new user acquisition.
  • Global Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and grow high-impact partnerships to fuel user acquisition efforts globally.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing, presenting actionable insights to key teams.
  • Cross-Functional Growth: Partner with product, ads, data, and creative teams to drive growth across Scopely’s extensive game portfolio.
  • Proactive Issue Management: Identify potential risks based on current methodologies and contribute to strategic adjustments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: BA/BS in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis, with a focus on funnel metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and apply analytical rigor to validate or challenge assumptions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of data architecture and tech stacks is a plus.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage follow-up, and continuously improve based on feedback.
For candidates in British Columbia, the annual salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 CAD, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
