Our client is an independent NetSuite consulting firm based in the European region. They specialize in end-to-end NetSuite solutions, from implementation and optimization to ongoing management. With a focus on providing comprehensive managed services, they help businesses continually improve and maintain their systems to meet evolving needs.

About the Role:
As a Solutions Architect, you will manage the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team to customize systems and optimize performance.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with clients to identify their business needs, understand their goals, and translate these requirements into tailored NetSuite solutions.
• Lead the design and architecture of custom NetSuite solutions that are scalable and align with client-specific business processes.
• Create and refine comprehensive Scope of Work documents that clearly define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize integrations with third-party systems, custom workflows, and NetSuite enhancements.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline key deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide expert advice to clients on system architecture, integration, and NetSuite best practices, recommending strategies to improve system performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing effective use of NetSuite.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling escalations when needed and ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in NetSuite and related technologies to provide innovative, up-to-date recommendations to clients.

A Great Fit If You Are:

• Possessing 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing, and providing managed services for NetSuite.
• Skilled at leading projects and guiding teams.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Focused on building strong client relationships and ensuring their success.
