Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly on-going training sessions via phone/Zoom; be an active contributor in our global team presence
  • Implement our proven Marketing programs and strategies to generate and qualify new leads
  • Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities; including markets, areas of growth, new trends and potential partnerships and clients
  • Demonstrate an ability to operate and engage on various social media platforms
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of prospective clients utilizing our organizations CRM tools and guide your leads through a structured process
  • Conduct professional phone interviews and e-mail communications with prospective clients
  • Mentor fellow team members and support their professional development
  • Fully adhere to company Compliance and Excellence guidelines

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional/business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently by being self-motivated and disciplined
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Display general computer competency, with some experience in social media applications, or a willingness to learn. Training provided
  • Goal oriented and possess a focused mindset
  • Coachable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role
