Our
Safeguru Germany business is looking to recruit an
experienced Sales Manager who will play a key role in the development of our Germany customer client base and market share.
The role is to be
based in your home office with regular travel to clients’ sites across Germany.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated sales professional to
lead our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, ensuring a smooth sales process and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. You will have a proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
How You Can Help Us:
- Responsible for the Sales Team.
- You are a strong leader with great skills.
- Visiting new and existing customers in line with KPI's.
- Grow your sales pipeline to effectively achieve target / budget.
- Cold calling to generate viable business sales opportunities.
- Keep the company CRM system accurate and up to date.
- Constantly look for innovation and feed back opportunities into the wider business.
- Possess an agile approach to business and the sales process.
- Strong sense of and ability to manage your own time.
- Possess a strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and interpret P&L's.
- Be a great communicator at all levels.
What we would like you to bring to our team:
Must Haves:
- Previous PPE or workwear industry experience.
- Proven track record in a Sales Manager role.
- Fluent in English and German.
- B2B experience.
- A full Germany driving licence.
- Willing to travel extensively including overnight stays where business dictates.
- Flexible approach.
- Team focussed.
- Strong IT skills.
- Proven presentation skills.
Nice To Haves:
- Existing qualifications relevant to the PPE sector.
- CRM experience in either NetSuite or Odoo.
- Broad based industry relevant product knowledge.
