We are seeking a passionate and experienced Web3 Community & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications. They will be responsible for growing and engaging our TOP and TOP portfolio companies’ community, creating educational content, and managing our social media presence across various platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Community Builder: Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community across multiple platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with community members, facilitate discussions, and provide support on Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Short Form Educational Content: Create and share educational content that simplifies complex Web3 concepts.
  • Insights Sharing: Regularly share updates and thought leadership content about the latest TOP trends and developments.
  • Social Handle Management: Manage and grow our presence on key social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and engagement
  • Content Calendar: Build, maintain, and execute a community content calendar and schedule, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice.
  • Build Relations with Crypto Influencers: Identify and engage with key influencers, coordinating collaborations and promotional opportunities
  • Feedback Management: Monitor and report on community members' feedback and online reviews.
  • Manage and Host Virtual Events: Plan and host virtual events, promoting them across social media to ensure active participation.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all communications comply with legal guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community management and social media within the Web3 space.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage many projects and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in public speaking and presentation, with experience hosting live streams, webinars, and other video content formats.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the crypto space.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hosting and managing virtual events
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
  • A passion for and belief in the TONCoin and TON ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure community engagement and social media performance.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • CET +/- 2 timezone.
