Your organizational and client support expertise as an Accounting & Operations Specialist will support our 40+ fiscally sponsored projects, ensure smooth office operations, and play a vital role in our future growth by empowering our practice to scale so that our clients can better achieve their mission efficiently and smoot

What You Wi

  • ll Do:Respond to and support requests from fiscally sponsored projects for HR, Accounting, and Operation
  • needs.Maintain clear and accessible client communications, requests, and data points re
  • cords.Support full-cycle client management, including inquiry, application, onboarding, service delivery, check-ins, and offboa
  • rding.Assist with research, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial re
  • cords.Work with bookkeeping software and partnered with the accounting team to compile, maintain, and analyze financial
  • data.Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost honesty and inte
  • grity.Leverage technology to automate processes, track data, and create reports, SOPs, and knowledge
  • bases.Prioritize and balance multiple requests and tasks simultaneously while optimizing work
  • flows.Manage office inventory and supplies while maintaining a regular cadence of organiz
  • ation.Assist with setup, preparation, and supply ordering for internal or client events and activ
  • ities.Participate in additional projects and duties as necessary to support Mission Edge's mi
