Foth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of industrial wastewater treatment projects. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. This is a remote position but candidates should have access to a major airport for travel (up to 50%).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage industrial wastewater treatment projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial wastewater project management including design build applications.
  • Professional experience with wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Experience effectively managing and mitigating project risk.
  • Experience with environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer License.
  • Professional Contractor License.
  • Experience in construction management.
  • Experience managing design build projects 20MM and larger.
