Job description

Senior Test Engineer

Join an innovative software engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge web applications. Leverage advanced testing tools and technologies to perform manual and automated functional testing, ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead testing efforts and uphold best practices in quality engineering.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Strong background in quality engineering, emphasizing both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with modern code-first testing tools such as Cypress and Playwright for functional web app testing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
• Additional assets: Familiarity with iOS, Android, React, GraphQL (Apollo), performance optimization, security, mobile testing, and fintech projects.

Preferred Qualifications
• Skilled in creating automated test coverage and enhancing automation frameworks and pipelines.
• Deep understanding of modern web technologies and testing principles.
• Experience mentoring teams and promoting technical excellence in quality engineering.

• Location: Anywhere in Mexico (remote work from home).
• Eligibility: Only fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals can be considered (directly hired as a full-time employee).
