Position Overview
Coordinates the administrative aspects of training and development programs and initiatives, including designing, deploying, tracking, reporting, and other details relating to Operations training.
What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but are not limited to):Assist Training Team with the design and development of training (outsourced and/or in-house) for all areas of the organization.Works with new hires to facilitate understanding and completion of onboarding training processWork with the Training Team on company-wide training needs and identify skills or gaps that need to be addressedAssist the Training Team to maintain and execute the training matrix for all operations staffAssist the Training Team to develop, deploy and maintain systems to deliver training materials, track completed training, and ensure compliance with annual and biennial training requirementsAssist Training Team to provide support and resources to staff while maintaining consistency with organizational processesProvides training assistance to staff to ensure completion of training plans/outlinesLead by example and display high level of integrity and professionalismHelps to maintain SOPs/Guidelines/Forms

Physical and Travel RequirementsThis is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
