Position Overview 
Coordinates the administrative aspects of training and development programs and initiatives, including designing, deploying, tracking, reporting, and other details relating to Operations training. 

What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but are not limited to):
  • Assist Training Team with the design and development of training (outsourced and/or in-house) for all areas of the organization.
  • Works with new hires to facilitate understanding and completion of onboarding training process
  • Work with the Training Team on company-wide training needs and identify skills or gaps that need to be addressed
  • Assist the Training Team to maintain and execute the training matrix for all operations staff
  • Assist the Training Team to develop, deploy and maintain systems to deliver training materials, track completed training, and ensure compliance with annual and biennial training requirements
  • Assist Training Team to provide support and resources to staff while maintaining consistency with organizational processes
  • Provides training assistance to staff to ensure completion of training plans/outlines
  • Lead by example and display high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Helps to maintain SOPs/Guidelines/Forms

    Physical and Travel Requirements
  • This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role. 

  • What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology
  • Excellent working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP)
  • Ability to understand and follow institutional SOPs
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated abilities using Word and Excel
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Collaboration Skills: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals. Bring positive and supportive attitude to achieving these goals
  • Critical thinker and problem solver

  • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience may substitute
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years clinical research industry experience
