Job description

Responsável por realizar atendimento presencial e/ou via telefone - Orientar, agendar e dar suporte ao paciente sobre os procedimentos cirúrgicos, informações pré e pós-Operatórias, de lentes intraoculares e devidos orçamentos.

Pré-Requisitos

Ensino médio completo

experiência na área da saúde nas funções relacionadas a atendimento ao público, liberação e autorização de guias convênios e controle de caixa

Conhecimento em informática

Habilidades em negociação

Interesse em aprender

Bom relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.
