Loan Processing Specialist

The Loan Processing Specialist is responsible for delivering “best in class” service to ARM’s customers. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in customer service, business administration and loan operations. They are considered the primary contact for day-to-day customer questions, and should have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive and energetic personality.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all ARM customers.
• Promptly address customer questions and concerns, in a positive and expeditious manner.
• Verify and submit client transactions to the accounting department for processing, in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the intake of the loan application from ARM customers, and ensuring the application is complete and the data is entered correctly.
• Support with loan originations by assisting in obtaining required underwriting documents, and also following up on additional documentation needs.
• Create and maintain loan files using Synthesis and/or SharePoint, as needed.
• Schedule loan closings and crop inspections for the Area Manager.
• Assist the Area Manager with closing and execution of loan documents.
• Responsible for UCC Filings
• Administrator and track items such mailing Notice To Buyers, Monthly Statements, and other mass mailings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and other customer requests example draw requests
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Request and schedule inspections.
  
  
  

Experience, Qualifications And Requirements

• Must have Loan Origination Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of customer relations or similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy of processing information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Team player, problem solver.
