As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive growth to the Nordic region.


The role

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting our brands and products, and driving sales growth in your region. You will be responsible to seek out new opportunities and build relationships with clients. It's also important to maintain good relationships with existing customers through follow-up, training, and implementation of campaigns and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Sales in the beauty and wellness industry, you should be enthusiastic and a doer and have the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

We are looking for someone that has
  • Previous experience in sales and training (preferably with prior regional responsibility).
  • A results- and performance-oriented mindset.
  • A love for people and an understanding of building new relationships while maintaining existing ones.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoys teaching others.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • A team player who strives for shared success.
  • A valid Class B driver’s license.
  • An interest in cosmetics, health, and supplements (preferred but not required).
  • It is an advantage to have higher education at the bachelor's level, but relevant work experience in similar roles can compensate for the lack of formal education.
  • You should enjoy being on the road, meeting new people every day, inspiring and motivating others, spreading positive energy, and working purposefully with customers in your region.
