The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven ServiceNow Developers across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, CSM

Consultant - 4-7 years of ServiceNow Expereince

Senior Consultant – 7-8 years of ServiceNow Experience

Project Managers, Architect and BA - 6-9 Years of ServiceNow experience

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in specific ServiceNow workflow modules to design, develop, and implement solutions that help customers build a more resilient operational environment, improve user experiences and enhance customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure solutions in ServiceNow to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Customize and develop ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, change management, Knowledge Management, Service Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Coorelation, Case Management, Flow Designer Knowledge Management, and Request Management.
Implement and configure workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and scripts to automate processes and enhance the user experience.
Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Business Analysts, Project Managers) to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that address business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow instance and applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development to deployment and post-production support.
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects to implement best practices and ensure the platform's stability, scalability, and security.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven hands on experience in any of the ServiceNow competencies as Developer/ Architect/ Project Manager.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP).
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow development tools.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
ServiceNow Certified Developers preferred.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
