Code94 Labs is a newly established, up-and-coming digital agency operating fully remotely. We cater to a wide clientele from different countries around the world, mainly based in Sri Lanka. We are a set of young individuals, therefore our working environment will be pretty flexible.

Whom We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for web development and project management. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, along with a strong commitment to driving the success of our projects and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete delivery of website development projects at Code94 Labs.
• Take accountability and responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of website projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize understanding of web development principles to guide teams.
• Demonstrate at leadership skills by leading cross-functional teams.
• Possess strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Notion.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and communicated.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and development to build effective web design strategies.
• Develop new processes to adapt to evolving industry practices and ensure continuous improvement.
• Be accessible during working hours and flexible to work across different time zones.
• Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the quality of project delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in web development, preferably using WordPress.
• Good understanding of SEO, and site speed metrics and be able to guide the teams on usability best practices.
• 1/2 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering web projects.
• Good eye for design & simple understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of web hosting, domains, and project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  
  

First Week

Overview of your first 3 months at Code94 Labs

• Understand the overall team setup and familiarize yourself with team members.
• Learn about the current processes and workflows followed at Code94 Labs.
• Study previous projects completed by the team to gain insights into project management methodologies.
  
  

First Month

• Begin taking accountability for ongoing projects and get familiar with project details.
• Gain a comprehensive end-to-end overview of project delivery processes.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  

First Three Months

• Take ownership of the web development projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Implement new ideas and processes to streamline project management workflows.
• Assist in the hiring process for new team members in similar roles.
• Continuously strive for improvement and contribute to the growth and success of Code94 Labs.
