Your Role:

Help our clients kick-start their adventures with seamless booking experiences and outstanding customer support. From troubleshooting to providing expert advice, you'll be the friendly voice that ensures every journey begins on the right note.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care Pro: Handle inbound inquiries, assisting German-speaking clients with bookings and resolving travel concerns.
  • Problem-Solver: Resolve platform issues and deliver smooth, hassle-free user experiences.
  • Relationship Builder: Provide personalized service to foster lasting client relationships and exceed expectations.
  • Data Guardian: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.


What Youll Get:

  • Compensation Package:
    • Base Salary: 1,380 EUR gross/month (plus 14th-month pay).
    • Monthly Bonus: Up to 8%.
    • Meal Voucher: 50 EUR /month.

Training Program:

  • Fully remote, 3-week onboarding to set you up for success.
  • Get hands-on experience with tools, processes, and best practices.


Schedule & Work Setup:

  • Hours: 40 hours/week, shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (flexible 5-day schedule).
  • Location: Fully remote (must be based in Greece).
