Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager located in the USA to join our progressive team. This position involves close collaboration with content creators to facilitate genuine connections with their audiences and optimize the value of their content. You will also engage in strategic social media initiatives aimed at driving engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to monetization efforts.

As an integral part of our marketing team, you will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager (USA) and work alongside cross-functional teams to bring innovative social media campaigns to fruition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge strong relationships with content creators, offering guidance and support to deepen their audience connections.
  • Design and implement effective social media strategies that spotlight our services while elevating creators’ content.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, concentrating on brand awareness, audience engagement, and monetization tactics.
  • Conduct research on audience trends and preferences, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance social media strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs for campaigns, providing regular performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing and PR teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within the adult content industry or on platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, or Fancentro.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • A robust understanding of the U.S. market, specifically in relation to fan engagement, branding, and public relations.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • A data-driven approach with experience in analyzing trends, audience behaviors, and campaign metrics.
  • A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
