Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption and continuous engagement with our healthcare services across school districts. Collaborating closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams, you will support partnerships with schools, ensuring that students have access to quality healthcare.

Location: This is a remote position based in Pennsylvania with approximately 80% travel to school sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with school health and leadership teams to enhance engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, both virtually and in-person, to comprehend and address their healthcare needs.
  • Attend and facilitate events within school districts and community settings.
  • Proactively resolve complex issues to ensure satisfaction among our partners.
  • Advocate for the healthcare accessibility needs of students and families.
  • Provide regular internal reports on account health, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels.
  • Log pertinent activities and insights in our CRM system to enhance strategic account planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success, particularly within K-12 education or healthcare environments.
  • A background working with children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Willingness to meet fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared school access.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Current residency in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia preferred).

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, ranging from \(90,000 to \)110,000, including base salary and performance-based incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and additional perks.
