Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Remote (Aligned with Austin, New York, or Los Angeles time zones)

Role Overview

We are in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strategically steer the company towards its next growth phase. This distinctive opportunity merges strategic and operational leadership, making it ideal for an accomplished CEO, Managing Director, or Operations Director ready to embrace new challenges. In the first 3-12 months, you will share responsibilities with the current Founder CEO, who will transition into a Chairman role, allowing you to assess and design an effective leadership structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to scale the organization while adhering to its core mission and vision.
  • Optimize operational processes and systems to facilitate growth, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and maintain profitability and stability throughout the scaling process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Collaborate with product teams to innovate and enhance offerings in health, wellness, personal growth, and consumer goods.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners, and board members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior leader (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Operations Director), preferably within the health, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen paired with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep-seated passion for mindfulness, wellness, and personal development.
  • A relevant degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
