What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate in-home support services between Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and clients
• Participate in staff meetings with management and other team members
• Communicate any special attention needs regarding clients to management
• Monitor attendance and punctuality of DSPs for service appointments
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of two years of general office and computer experience
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and function well under pressure
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the home health care industry
• Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating services for clients
• Previous training or supervisory experience
