Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Quorum EC System Support Specialist to provide expert support and maintenance for the Quorum Energy Component (EC) system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for the Quorum EC system, addressing user-raised incidents and issues.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Quorum EC and enterprise systems (e.g., accounting, financial, ERP).
  • Investigate and resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and performance-related concerns promptly.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to resolve critical system incidents.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Quorum EC system administration, configuration, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations (APIs, middleware, data exchanges).
  • Proficiency in SQL with experience in troubleshooting database issues.
  • Solid understanding of Oil & Gas industry processes.
