Job description

Starting Date: 13/Feb/25

Location: Remote (from Coimbra to the North only)

Office Location: Braga

Language requirements: French C2, English B2

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 21:30 (Rotational shifts), Saturday 09:00 - 20:00 (Rotational shifts), Sunday 10:00 - 19:00

Days Off - 2 rotational days2 days off: Sunday + 1 day rotational

Salary Package:

  • Base salary: 830 EUR per 14 months, 11 620 EUR per annum
  • Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908.72 EUR per annum
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month, 240 EUR per annum
  • Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR gross/month, 240 EUR per annum


Totaling: 14 008,72 EUR per annum gross

  • Performance bonus: 170 EUR per 12 months
  • Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)


Role Overview: As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers, serving as a key brand ambassador. If you thrive on delivering outstanding customer service and are fluent in German, this role presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to our customer satisfaction efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and enthusiastically assist customers through inbound calls.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, aiming to close sales over the phone.
  • Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving problems, and checking stock availability.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to account management and software functionality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and actions taken.
