Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support Excellence: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, assisting German-speaking clients with booking accommodations and resolving any travel-related issues.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues on our platform to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships by delivering personalized service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately document customer interactions to improve service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.


What We Offer:

  • Compensation Package:
    • Base Salary: 1,380 EUR gross monthly (14th-month pay).
    • Performance Bonus: Up to 8% monthly.
    • Meal Voucher: 50 EUR per month.
    • Total Potential Gross Annual Income: 20,030 EUR (includes bonuses and benefits).

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in German with excellent English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Educational Background: High school diploma required; a university degree is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering top-notch service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting digital platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.


Training and Onboarding:

  • Duration: 3 weeks (conducted remotely).
  • Comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM 11:00 PM.
  • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
  • Shifts are scheduled in advance to allow flexibility and work-life balance.


Location:

  • Remote Work: Based in Greece.


Hiring Process:
