Job Overview

TIG Risk Services is currently in search of a skilled Private Investigator to join our team in the Yreka area. The ideal candidate will possess a valid California Private Investigator License and will be adept at conducting surveillance related to various claims, including worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability cases.

Key Responsibilities

Execute surveillance for diverse claim types, including worker’s compensation and liability claims.
Conduct activity checks and background investigations as required.
Compile thorough reports documenting observations and findings.
Take statements and perform scene inspections when necessary.

Required Skills

A minimum of two years of surveillance experience.
Familiarity with SIU-related functions, which may include statement-taking and scene inspections.
Exceptional verbal communication and report writing abilities.
Proficiency in both stationary and mobile surveillance across various environments, including high-risk areas.
Comfort in conducting pretext investigations.

Qualifications

An active Private Investigator License in California.
At least two years of relevant experience in surveillance and investigations is necessary.
