Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead generation plays a critical role in acquiring new customers and expanding the user base.
  • The function of lead generation in the context of a SaaS business is tailored to attract, qualify, and convert

leads specifically interested in Xactly solutions. Here are key functions of lead generation for a SaaS company:

  • Identifying Target Audience: The first function is to define and identify the ideal customer profile ICP) or target audience for Xactly. This involves understanding the industry, business size, pain points, and specific needs that the SaaS solution addresses.
  • Aligning Sales and Marketing Efforts: Finally, lead generation for SaaS involves aligning sales and marketing efforts closely. This function ensures that leads are effectively handed off to the sales team, and feedback loops are established to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Attract, engage, and convert potential customers by employing targeted strategies that highlight the unique value proposition of the software solution and address the specific needs of the target audience. By implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy.
  • Become an expert on internal tools and processes & Begin to consistently hit quota and activity metrics.
  • Build relationships with internal business partners including Marketing and Sales.
  • Receive training on how to leverage internal tools including Box, Salesloft, Salesforce etc.
  • Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges.
  • Xactly solves & Complete onboarding training via Xactly Inspire.
  • Begin to cold call and understand how to leverage your knowledge to overcome objections.
  • Work with Account Executives, Managers, and peers to gain continued learning on product, talk track and lead flow.
  • Work with Account Executives to shadow Xactly’s demos.
  • Assist in the development of best practices for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with your manager for continued learning utilizing Xactly’s Xpert model for success.
  • Work with sales and marketing to help create new campaigns to drive pipeline.
  • Report, track, and share productivity measurements with your team.

Technical Skills & ISP Requirements

  • Superior web navigation and computer skills
  • Familiar with apple and macbook features and apps, understand technology and different software programs - outbound dialer, salesforce and outreach a plus, scheduling on calendar day to day, zoom/google meetings.
  • Must have a strong and stable internet connection at home.
  • With at least 25 mbps postpaid subscription and proof of internet billing; actual internet speed of at least 20 mbps download and not less than 10 mbps upload.

Experience, Education, Age

  • Minimum of 2 year sales experience in a call center environment preferably with Leads Generation background
  • Experience in Outbound sales handling C-level prospects is a high advantage.
  • Tech sales experience or technology jobs is also an advantage.
  • At least 2 years in College, any course or Senior High School graduate or its equivalent.
  • Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
