Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members and executives.
  • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize essential documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Professionally respond to and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Ensure the availability and functionality of office supplies and equipment.
  • Promote a collaborative and encouraging team atmosphere.
  • Assist new employees with the onboarding process, including necessary paperwork and orientation.
  • Provide general administrative support, encompassing filing, copying, and organizing files and records.

  • Proven experience in sales, with a history of meeting and surpassing objectives.

Qualifications
