Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director for our East Coast operations, specializing in cybersecurity solutions. This remote position offers a competitive base salary ranging from \(200,000 to \)300,000, complemented by significant bonus potential. As a key player in our team based out of Durham, NC, you will drive sales of our hardware and software solutions, catering primarily to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and support services to large enterprise clients.
  • Analyze and comprehend the cybersecurity needs of prospects, showcasing how our offerings can meet those requirements.
  • Oversee and nurture existing customer relationships within the designated region.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to devise and implement effective outreach strategies aimed at identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engage actively in industry events and cybersecurity communities to enhance brand presence and foster connections.
  • Work in tandem with Sales Engineering resources throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales success in a competitive environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience selling to enterprise-level customers and engaging with C-Level executives, preferably within the Critical National Infrastructure sector.
  • At least 3 years of background in cybersecurity technology or services targeting enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic resource allocation.
  • Strong skills in managing existing accounts while simultaneously cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in solution selling techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with channel sales processes and participation in field events.
  • Established network within the sales region, including connections to relevant businesses or partners.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales engagement tools such as SFDC, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in an enterprise context.
  • Experience working directly with C-Level executives, ideally in sectors related to Critical National Infrastructure.
  • Background in cybersecurity technology or services aimed at enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to balance account management and new business development efforts.
