Key Responsibilities

• Create and design intricate drawings utilizing CAD software.
• Assess project specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Prepare and refine manufacturing and installation drawings as needed.
• Develop and maintain guidelines for effective data management.
• Oversee workload distribution within the engineering department to optimize productivity.
  
  

Required Skills

• Expertise in CAD software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Inventor, or Solidworks.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing technical documents and drawings.
• Solid understanding of mathematics, materials, and engineering principles relevant to the industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities to address complex engineering challenges.

• A minimum of five years of experience in 3D design, drafting, and engineering within the metal manufacturing sector.

Compensation And Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary target of $80,000, enhanced by the advantage of no state income tax in Florida.
