Gappify is seeking a global-oriented, self-motivated Senior Functional Analyst, reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager who can take the lead on the customer product experience from post-sales to go live. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that will change the future of finance and accounting and allows you to drive real improvement in customers' accrual processes through the use of our Gappify product. The right candidate for this role will have strong technical aptitude and communication skills. This is What You’ll Do at Gappify:

• Provide expert guidance and training to customers through live UAT walk-through demonstrations, enabling them to effectively utilize the software's features and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager/coordinator to guarantee that the software is configured in accordance with customer needs and contractual obligations.
• Demonstrate a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate with Mid-Market customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
• Become a subject matter expert on our SaaS accrual accounting software, actively seeking deeper product understanding and staying abreast of the latest updates and enhancements.
• Efficiently manage and track multiple implementations of varying sizes concurrently, ensuring customers adopt product and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks for multiple customer implementations with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct detailed technical reviews of customer configurations to ensure alignment with their specific business requirements and contractual agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of review and validation processes, ensuring Jira tickets are closed with comprehensive notes on issues resolved and validations performed.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing integration flows of varying complexity within Celigo and NetSuite Saved Searches, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of data transfer and transformation processes
• Collaborate with customers to support and troubleshoot API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between their existing systems and our SaaS accounting software.
  
  

In this role, your day-to-day will involve...

• Build Review and Validation:
• Review preparers' builds for quality, functionality, and compliance with BRDs.
• Provide detailed feedback to preparers to resolve any issues.
• Validate that data flows properly between systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Celigo).
• Build Validator Responsibilities:
• Perform final clearance checks before the project go-live.
• Verify completeness of all build components, ensuring no missing configurations.
• Ensure alignment between system data and the BRD (e.g., COA mappings, SFTP transfers).
• Check Celigo flows and APIs for data display accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
• Leading and Training:
• Lead Customers through live end-to-end walkthrough demonstrations ensuring all product related questions are answered for the Customers.
• Timely address any technical and product-related issues from customers via email, phone or live video meeeting.
• Own and deliver professional live testing training demonstrations for customers to ensure they are able to execute user acceptance testing
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of review and validation processes.
• Ensure Jira tickets are closed with comprehensive notes on issues resolved and validations performed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure all tasks are complete and meet client expectations.
• Support internal teams by identifying risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
  

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Finance and accounting education or work experience is strongly desired.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of NetSuite bundles, Celigo flows, and API troubleshooting. At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably in a SaaS environment. (Netsuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.), and with integration solutions such as Celigo (preferred), Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.
• Attention to Detail: No task should proceed to go live without a thorough review and validation.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and resolve issues before escalation. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to software configuration and integration.
• Ownership and Accountability: Ensure every validated task meets Gappify’s quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to understand and address the needs of mid-market customers in a professional and empathetic manner and Provide clear, actionable feedback to Preparers and other team members.
