Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

What we are looking for

• Advising the R&D departments (research and development of new solutions, improvement and modification of existing solutions, materials and processing research) on process, digitalization and innovation issues, partnering with internal and external experts.
• Gathering requirements for the process area and developing solution approaches.
• Analyzing and documenting the requirements of business processes that require an IT solution with approach of BPM ( Business Process Modeling).
• Consulting departments on the optimization and improvement of business processes with a view to developing a global harmonization strategy.
• Claims coordination and advice in cooperation with the business departments and Business Partners.

What qualifications you should have

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent professional qualifications in area of CAD/PLM.
• At least 3 years' relevant professional experience in the field of activity required.
• Practical experience with digital technology concepts such as IoT, Digital Twin, Machine Learning, Product Lifecycle Intelligence , Smart Connected Operations, Systems Engineering or Model Based Enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of complex IT applications and experience in digitalization and innovation management.
• A customer-oriented, pro-active approach to both information and communication.
• First experience in consulting of processes, IT application selection or improvement.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.

What qualifications would be nice to have

• German language skills
• IT Degree ( BSC or MSC)
