Job description

Position Title: Onboarding Representative

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift: Night Shift

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Representative to facilitate the smooth transition of new employees into our organization. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and informative onboarding experience that helps new hires acclimate to our company culture and policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for supporting others, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effectively and accurately onboarding candidates to ensure show-to-training
  • Schedule pre-training, Franchise Training, Tech and Sales Training
  • Submit a request for Welcome Kit
  • Notify coaches of candidate assignments and send Predictive Index Coaching report.
  • Candidate Email Communication
  • Monitor Franchise paperwork completion and follow up with candidates on outstanding paperwork
  • Administer Bonzo video when map is issued
  • Reach out to ADs for Launch videos
  • Manage check in of candidates to Product training. Communicate with relevant teams which candidates do not show or complete training
  • Provide email Tech support to candidates through their ramp-up as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues with ppAD, only escalating when onboarding representative can not resolve directly with the ppAD
  • Be first line of support via email for a ppAD on process related issues to allow GC to focus on Sales Coaching and pPAD to focus on sales
  • Monitor and troubleshoot access to Compass
  • Ensure set up of ppAD folders
  • Submit changes through People Mover
  • Support Onboarding Coordinator
  • Submit FTLs
  • Manage entry & exit interviews in Asana

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn N2 systems for franchise recruitment & onboarding.
  • Organized, attention to detail and able to effectively manage multiple moving parts
  • Teamwork oriented, self motivated and goal driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Competent skills: Excel, Google Suite, Calendly and Zoom
  • Preferred skills: Greenhouse ATS or other comparable ATS
