Your Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Create and implement marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels
  • Oversee LifePharm’s eCommerce platform, including website optimization, online campaigns, and digital sales strategies
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and target audience
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to optimize workflows, gain insights, and supplement areas where prior experience may be limited
  • Assist in creating marketing materials; graphic design skills are a strong plus.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in eCommerce
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva’s AI tools) to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding
