  • Development Support: Offer clarifications, support, and knowledge transfer (KX) to developers, participating in unit testing.
  • Testing Coordination: Ensure integration solutions meet requirements through collaboration with testers, including knowledge transfer, test case review, and testing support.
  • Documentation: Prepare SDLC-compliant documentation, including requirement specifications, design, and configuration specifications.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the integration expert throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Integration Knowledge: Proficiency in integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-based) and standards.
  • API Expertise: Familiar with API design (REST, SOAP), documentation standards, and authentication methods.
  • Modeling Skills: Competent in UML models (e.g., sequence diagrams, process diagrams).
  • Tool Proficiency: Experienced with integration tools like Postman and SoapUI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Skilled in planning and coordinating across teams to meet delivery timelines.

    • Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
    • Background in pharmaceutical or research environments.
    • Prior involvement in SDLC processes and documentation preparation.
