About Aella Creative Force:

Aella is a leading Marketing & Design agency with a global presence across three continents. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of businesses through design, providing personalized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and challenges.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role will involve prospecting for new clients, generating leads, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies.

Tasks

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Support the outreach and follow-up process with prospects through email and phone communication.
Perform Cold call activities for Lead generation.
Compile solution packages for potential clients.
Updating our CRM (HubSpot) to make sure our reports and data are kept up to date.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized approach: can set priorities, work to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Solution-focused approach and able to ‘think on their feet.’
Drive for overachieving targets.
Fluent English speaker.
Hold a valid work permit for Ireland.
6 months minimum internship
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Knowledge of outbound strategies & email sequences.
