Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage, prospect and cold-call potential customers, pitching our premium product range with conviction.
  • Harness advanced sales strategies to transform leads into loyal customers, consistently smashing sales quotas.

  • Cultivate and nurture pipelines, ensuring timely, relevant, and persuasive follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of hardcore outbound sales experience, preferably in a high-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Stellar communication abilities in both English and Spanish – your words should inspire action.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for swiftly maneuvering through multiple digital platforms.
  • A relentless pursuit of targets, with the resilience to bounce back from rejections.
  • An intuitive understanding of customer psychology and a fearless approach to selling.

  • Problem-solving prowess, especially when it means sealing a deal.

  • Ability to work remotely with a complete home equipment setup, including a desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet connection, and webcam.
  • A contingency plan for power interruptions or connectivity issues.

Minimum Technical Requirements

  • A desktop or laptop with Windows 10 Version 21H1 or higher. It should have at least 8 GB memory and a 9th Gen Intel Core i3 or comparable AMD processor.
  • A dedicated Ethernet or LAN connection for stable internet access.
  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 100 mbps speed, preferably a Fiber connection.
  • A noise-canceling headset with a microphone to ensure clear audio communication.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace that's free from interruptions.
  • Up-to-date antivirus and security software to protect sensitive information.
  • A webcam for video meetings
  • Access to a reliable power source and backup for uninterrupted work.
