As a Data Analyst at High Scale, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to optimize advertising strategies and ensure the success of our performance-driven campaigns. Location: Colombia/Philippines (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Management
    • Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources such as ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM systems, and website analytics tools.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in databases and reporting systems.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze performance metrics across digital advertising channels to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide recommendations for campaign optimization based on data insights.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting & Visualization
    • Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics
    • Use statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast campaign outcomes and audience behavior.
    • Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, audience segmentation, and channel allocation.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and media buyers, to align data insights with campaign goals.
    • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in advertising or marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Retool, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
  • Experience with Retool.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • English Skills: Professional English Level (It is a must)
