Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Portuguese-English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as Happiness Officers. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in both languages but who also possesses a genuine passion for assisting others while maintaining composure in challenging situations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through our email and live chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer support via email and live chat channels.
  • Translate our product content into Portuguese using user-friendly tools.
  • Regularly moderate and assist with the translations done by team members.
  • Remain calm and effective while addressing customer inquiries under pressure.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of both Portuguese and English.
