The Duracell Summer Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience while working and collaborating with a diverse pool of talent on cross functional assignments.

This is a REMOTE position, but living in Cincinnati is an added benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of retail strategies and managing the third-party broker to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Retail Operations Manager in coordinating and executing retail projects, including merchandising, retail analytics, and store audits.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for the retail industry and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
