Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience while using our SaaS-based application. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to any challenges they may encounter.  This role is ideal for a recent graduate who possesses a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via various channels (email, chat, phone) regarding product-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software-related issues reported by customers, guiding them through resolution steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and QA teams to address complex technical issues and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions, issues, and solutions in our support ticketing  system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of product support processes and procedures.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and pain points.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong passion for technology and willingness to learn about our SaaS-based application's functionalities and technical aspects.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and the ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Previous customer service experience or internships in a technical support role is a plus
Stipend details:
  • During the training Period (3 months) - INR 10,000/- per month, purely subject to your performance and contribution. This decision of stipend eligibility lies with the concerned Department Head.
  • Month 4 – Full time offer or termination of Internship (based on performance and evaluation during the Internship period)
During the Intern period, we’ll be doing a monthly performance review and will be sharing feedback monthly. 
Upon completion of the internship period, solely depending upon performance and deliverables during the contract phase, we may be able to convert this into a full-time employment
