Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications.
  • Design, code, test, and implement SAP modules and applications.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and implementation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
  • Document technical specifications and development processes.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform system testing and validation procedures.
  • Optimize and enhance existing SAP applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

  • + 7 years of ABAP programming experience (Especially HR module)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and applications
  • Experience in RICEF developments
  • Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, and BAPI.
  • Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits and BAdIs.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of SAP data dictionary and database concepts.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP programs.
  • Good communication skills
