Responsibilities:
Work with other team members, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to create effective software solutions.
Execute our technical roadmap, prioritizing the delivery of robust, scalable solutions tailored for the healthcare sector.
Establish and advocate for best practices in software development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
Maintain and update the software system to fix bugs, improve performance, and add new features.
Streamline development processes to enhance quality, speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Manage, mentor, and expand the engineering team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Nurture a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Requirements:
Visionary in the field of AI/ML with a strong understanding of its current and potential applications.
Minimum of 7 years in a software engineering role.
Proficiency in the following technologies: Proficiency in Typescript, Next.js, Node.js (we use Fastify) and AWS, with familiarity with Python (Django).
Optional, but not required: LangChain
A proven history of developing high-performing, scalable enterprise applications.
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
A passion for revolutionizing healthcare through technology and making a real difference in patient care.
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued, as it will give you a head start in understanding the complexities and compliance needs of our work.
