Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to provide
administrative and personal support to our client. The ideal candidate will possess
exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and the flexibility to adapt to a
dynamic work environment.


Requirements
Key Responsibilities

 Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and
events; ensure all commitments are met in a timely manner.
 Email and Communication Handling: Monitor, manage, and respond to emails; draft
correspondence as needed.
 Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and
ground transportation.
 Task and Project Management: Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing ongoing
projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
 Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other
documents.
 Data Management: Maintain databases and organize files (digital and physical).
 Event Coordination: Assist in planning virtual or in-person events, including logistics
and vendor coordination.
 Expense Tracking: Monitor and report expenses, manage budgets, and prepare
invoices.
 Research: Conduct research on various topics and provide concise summaries or
recommendations.
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar
role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with
task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to
detail.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
Confidentiality: Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Adaptability: Comfortable working across different time zones (if required).
